The Student may cancel a scheduled tutoring session for any reason without incurring a cancellation fee as long as 6 hours advance notice is given to the Tutor.

The Tutor agrees to wait fifteen minutes from the time of the scheduled session for the Student’s arrival before considering the session canceled without sufficient advance notice.

If advance notice is not provided, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.

The Student may reschedule a scheduled tutoring session for any reason without incurring a rescheduling fee as long as 1 hour advance notice is given to the Tutor.

If advance notice is not provided, a rescheduling fee of $10 will be charged.

If requested, the Tutor will send a digital homework assignment (Khan Academy/IXL) for the Student to complete after a provided session. If a worksheet is assigned, the Tutor will include an answer key so that the Student can check their work.

Please note that the Tutor does not grade homework assignments.

However, the Tutor will review the completed assignment with the Student during the first few minutes of the following class.

Rates are based on the number of tutoring sessions provided per calendar week. If multiple Students receive tutoring, the combined total number of sessions offered will determine the rate applied.

Either the Tutor or Student may terminate the tutoring agreement at any time as long as 24 hours advance notice is given to the other party.

The Tutor makes no promises or warranties concerning the Student's performance as a result of any tutoring provided.
